SPECTRA smart solution's Client Services team works closely with its Fortune 500 and industry-leading clients to ensure the speed and success of their SPECTRA smart solution product solution deployments. We work directly with client deployment teams to understand strategic project objectives and translate them into a project plan that ensures on time and on budget delivery.

Our in-house consulting team and solution partners provide the extensive industry, software and project implementation experience to help clients maximize business value and improve the SPECTRA user experience for workplace professionals, corporate executives, general employees and business partners. By helping clients define and prioritize needs, SPECTRA smart solution delivers a solution that is easy to learn and use, drives high levels of adoption and provides the scalability to meet evolving business requirements.

A Solid Foundation Success begins with implementation. During an active implementation, a project manager is assigned to each client. This person is responsible for working with you to address project strategy, issue resolution, scheduling, and managing resources. In addition to the project manager, subject matter experts are assigned to assist with process definition, system configuration and training. Finally, SPECTRA smart solution also leverages strategic alliances with premier partner organizations that lend complementary skills to implementations as required.

The foundation to any successful project is a detailed project plan with well-defined project objective(s), resource allocations and a budget that are agreed upon by both you, the client, and SPECTRA smart solution. Once this foundation is in place, SPECTRA believes in a 'no surprises' approach to project management and will be quick to identify any issues as soon as they emerge.

Implementations tend to fall into one of two categories:

Out-of-the-Box: client requires only general configuration and training in order to be successful with the SPECTRA smart solution solution Custom: client requires custom development in order to be successful with the SPECTRA smart solution solution Regardless of whether or not customization is required, there are two approaches to any implementation. Milestones are established based on the approach and client timing requirements.

Phased Approach based on modules (functionality) or properties Big-Bang Approach where all modules and all properties go live simultaneously (which we do not often recommend) SPECTRA will provide any level of implementation services desired, from performing the installation directly to training your IT staff to do the installation themselves. Detailed documentation is always provided on software installation procedures. Generic module documentation is also provided and is customized (when necessary) throughout your implementation to include client-specific configurations and business process requirements. SPECTRA also offers post-implementation training customized to meet your specific needs.

These same implementation services are available for system upgrades, which include detailed release notes that highlight the enhancements and improvements that are newly available.
